Transportation safety and regulatory compliance require more than simply reading the regulations—they require an understanding of how those regulations are applied in the real world. At 342 Enterprises, our consulting services are built on decades of experience in commercial motor vehicle enforcement, crash investigation, and regulatory compliance.
We help motor carriers understand the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR), reduce violations, and strengthen their safety programs through practical guidance based on real enforcement experience.

342 Enterprises is led by Kirk Marino, a retired North Carolina State Highway Patrol Master Trooper with more than 27 years of experience in commercial motor vehicle enforcement and crash investigation.
During his law enforcement career, Mr. Marino conducted commercial vehicle roadside inspections, investigated serious traffic collisions, and worked directly with motor carriers to improve safety and regulatory compliance. This experience provides a unique perspective into how enforcement agencies evaluate motor carriers and their safety programs.

Our consulting approach focuses on real-world solutions designed to help motor carriers operate safely while meeting federal regulatory requirements. Rather than simply quoting regulations, we work directly with companies to identify compliance gaps and implement practical strategies that improve safety performance.
Services include:
DOT compliance consulting
Safety program development
Roadside inspection analysis
FMCSA DataQ challenges
Driver training and safety education
Crash investigation support

The transportation industry operates in a highly regulated environment, and understanding those regulations can be challenging for many companies. With decades of experience working within commercial vehicle enforcement and safety compliance, 342 Enterprises provides practical insight into how those regulations are applied in the field.
Our goal is to help motor carriers maintain safe operations while reducing regulatory risk and improving their overall safety performance.
